A recent PAT test and fixed wire test in Cambridge threw up a number of issues which not only shocked us but could also have led to significant injury and even death. These images show a number of neglected plugs and sockets, with one plug even having had the earth disconnected and therefore serving no purpose, along with some worn wiring.
