When it comes to electrical safety testing there’s one word that goes a very long way: planning. Many of our clients operate in busy working environments where any disruption to their day-to-day activities can be detrimental to customers and staff, and we’re pleased to offer a flexible service that enables them to continue working while we carry out the necessary tests.

Recent examples of this include projects we undertook for Qkine, Cambridge University, Babraham Research Campus and a new client, Heraus Noblelight. Qkine are on the Science Park and we undertook a full programme of PAT testing, as we also did for Cambridge University, and we were on site at Babraham Research Campus and Heraus Noblelight to carry out fixed wire testing. In addition, we’re delighted to have been commissioned by Homerton College to embark on fixed wire testing and PAT testing across their multiple college sites and their student accommodation estate.
These projects all have one important thing in common. They are all busy sites that are used during working hours and even, in some cases, 24 hours a day. As a result, we work with each client to create a schedule of works that suits their patterns of operation without impacting on everyone using the sites. As Mark Smith, owner of MS Electrical Services, explains, it’s all part of the service. ‘At MS Electrical, we’re completely focused on delivering the best possible service for our clients and in particular to ensure that the work we’re carrying out has minimal impact on their operations,’ comments Mark. ’To achieve this we work with our clients to plan everything in fine detail, and we’re even prepared to work in the evenings and at weekends to minimise disruption.’
MS Electrical Services offer PAT testing and fixed wire testing in Cambridge, so please contact us to discuss any aspect of your electrical safety.
