Putting safety first

We’re delighted to announce that MS Electrical has once again achieved SafeContractor accreditation, the seventh consecutive year that we’ve been successful. Initially developed as a bespoke project for a single property management client who wished to outsource the annual vetting of contractors on its approved list, the SafeContractor scheme has now grown to cover 300 clients and over 27,000 contractor members. That makes it one of the fastest growing Health & Safety assessment schemes in the UK.

As Mark Smith, owner of MS Electrical, explains, SafeContractor accreditation is a huge benefit for the business and also for both new and existing customers. “SafeContractor is a scheme that we value very highly as it demonstrates to anyone using our services that an independent third-party organisation has evaluated our working practices and decided that we are compliant in all areas of Health & Safety. During our SafeContractor audit, our procedures, policies, training and insurances were rigorously audited, and I’m thrilled that we once again passed with flying colours. Given that we specialise in keeping our customers’ electrical safety in check, SafeContractor approval is a real feather in our cap and our customers can rest assured that we tick all the right boxes in terms of Health & Safety.”

MS Electrical Services offers fixed wire testing and PAT testing in Cambridge, Ely and Newmarket. To request a quotation please call us on 01223 258968 / 01353 665106.

We have been extremely pleased with the service provided by MS Electrical. In all our dealings with them they have proven to be efficient, reliable and a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.
