We’re delighted to have passed our annual NICEIC inspection with flying colours again this year. It’s very gratifying to have achieved another clean pass as the inspection covers in detail two aspects of our work and service: our administration and record-keeping, and our on-site performance. The NICEIC inspectors are extremely thorough and spent several hours with us examining our systems and paperwork before heading to three client sites to assess the work we’d carried out.
