Back in August 2022 we were commissioned by Wolfson College, Cambridge, to carry out PAT testing across their entire estate. We were therefore delighted to be engaged this month to undertake their fixed wire testing and to help ensure that all aspects of their electrical safety are fully covered.
Wolfson College is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge, with the majority of students being postgraduates. As a result, we’ve carefully planned the fixed wire testing project to minimise any disruption to the students, academic teams and administrative staff.
For Mark Smith, winning the fixed wire testing serves to endorse the success of last year’s PAT testing project. ‘Whether we’re doing PAT testing or fixed wire testing we go to great lengths to make sure that the client hardly knows we’re on-site,’ says Mark. ‘It’s always our objective to ensure that we cause as little inconvenience as possible without compromising our levels of service.
